The Fuerteventura airport is currently the 11th busiest in Spain slightly behind Ibiza with
4.45 Million passengers. a 10% increase on 2005 and as you would expect the bulk of the visitors
coming from the UK, Germany and other EEC Countries.
Check in is on the ground floor where there are 34 desks , boarding is on the first floor
with 10 gates .
The first floor is where you will find a good selection of shops and cafeterias there is also
two open terraces with a children's play area interestingly a glazed observation deck.
